Annular cutter (core drill) introduction:
Annular cutter (also called core drill broach cutter) is high-efficient drilling cutter with Multi-edge. The diameter of the cutter ranges from 12mm-150mm, The product is mainly used to process the drilling hole, such as steel structure project, rail traffic, bridging, shipbuilding, machine manufacture and other hole processing fields. The hole drilling performance of annular cutter is much better than the traditional twist drill. The annular cutter possesses high-efficient drilling performance and labor-saving character. If it is matched with magnetic drill machine, multi-edge annular cutter is widely used in magnetic drill machine, drilling machine, CNC drilling machine and other machines, to achieve high efficiency drilling and shorten manufacturing period efficiently. The annular cutter is a very efficient tool for modern steel structural component drilling and circular groove processing.
Main characteristics of annular cutter (core drill):
1.Annular cutting, improving efficiency for multiple times than general twist drill;
2.When matching magnetic drill machine, it could conduct multi-direction drilling from front, side and top of the processed workpiece, and the drilling will not be restrained by auxiliary equipment, it is portable and convenient;
3. The cutting power is 80% of twist drill. For example, radial drilling machine,the normal drilling of twist drill is 80mm in diameter, but for annular cutter is 200mm in diameter .

3. Can you help us to do some change about your product?
- Yes, special drawing and design will be evaluated by our technical department, unit cost will be calculated by finance department for your final confirmation. All procedures will be informed and confirmed with you in advance.
4. Can I get a sample?
- Yes. Samples are welcome to us before mass production. But few extra cost and products cost will be charge from customer first, and sample cost will be back to customer once started mass production.
